Free Home Visit
Our free home visit service is free for new installations only .
Customers who have a current system, a call out charge will be applicable on any
visit to their property if the problem is related to their current system .
Goods
/ Services & warranty
Customers who agree to call out charges or quotation during
the booking will have to pay in full once the installation has been completed. Failure
to do so will result in any goods or services provided being removed, and/or legal
action well be taking. All goods remain the property of Future Satellite until paid
in full. We reserve the right to remove any goods. Any domestic installation or equipment
supplied by us well be covered for twelve months from the date of the invoice, guarantee
well not be provided to any equipment provided by the customer and installed by us
and call out charge applicable for any visit. invoice must be kept for twelve months
as prove of warranty.
Planning permission & Property Damage
It is the customer’s responsibility
to ensure suitable permission from the owner/landlord/agent and/or planning permission
if necessary to any installation.
Complaints
Future Satellite will not be held responsible for any damage to the property (fixings, holes).
In the event of property damage potentially caused by our engineers, the customer must contact the company within seven days of the invoice.
Future Satellite will not be held for any liability for such damage unless this condition has been met.
